This website presents our custom apparel ranges and services. Sending an enquiry is not an order, and the website does not take payments.
Quotes and orders
Your quote will confirm the specification, quantity, price, delivery arrangements and applicable order terms. An order is subject to written confirmation. Please check artwork, sizes, colours and quantities before approving production.
Payment and timing
A 50% deposit is normally required to start, with the remaining balance due before dispatch as confirmed in your order. Production is usually 3 to 4 weeks; the agreed estimate and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with your quote.
Artwork
You must have permission to use artwork, logos and other material you supply. Product photos illustrate the ranges and do not replace the specification agreed for your order.
Your rights
Our cancellation and returns policy explains how to contact us about an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional terms for a business order will be agreed in writing.
